The method of anesthesia used is based upon the patient's needs and surgeon's preference. These include a freezing liquid called Synercool, and triple anesthetic ointments.

It's best to think of a single treatment as more of a permanent reduction instead of a permanent removal. Therefore, patients should count on a series of treatments, usually an average three to six, to achieve the individual success they are looking for.
